Scalar, Inc. has built an internal information sharing system (hereinafter referred to as this system) for MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, Inc. (President and Group CEO: Noriyuki Hara) to avoid the risk of infection as the corona crisis spreads. Built non-face-to-face.
In addition, we succeeded in constructing this system in a short period of three months using "ScalarDB and Scalar Web UI Components" while utilizing cloud functions.
With this system, requirements definition, UI/UX design, design, development, testing, and operation are all performed by agile development completely non-face-to-face (fully remote). I implemented the feature while adjusting the requirements. For this reason, no face-to-face meetings were held during the development period of this system.
This system is built on the cloud and implements the following functions unique to the cloud environment.
- In order to support telework, implement a mechanism that automatically switches to two-step authentication after judging the risk in the case of access over the Internet line at the time of authentication of this system.
- Implemented a function to refer to the corporate My Number system, automatically acquire registration information, and register
- Implemented a mechanism for registering data in both Japanese and English using the multilingual UI and automatic translation function for users at overseas bases.
