Scalar has released a new version 3.5 of ScalarDB, a general-purpose transaction management mechanism that runs on various databases.

By providing this function, Scalar aims to significantly reduce the burden on application developers in microservice-based applications.

We added a ScalarDB server using gRPC, supported Oracle DB, and implemented management to realize transactions across multiple databases.

ScalarDB 3.0 adds support for MySQL and PostgreSQL, in addition to previously supported Apache Cassandra, Azure Cosmos DB, Amazon DynamoDB.

ScalarDL 3.0 adds Auditor, a new tampering (Byzantine fault) detection mechanism.
